Instructor, Chief Juan Cloy, is a Master Instructor and has trained First Responders for the past 24 years. He has had the pleasures of training all over the United States and is an Department of Justice approved Instructor. Whether teaching in Maine, Sacramento, Compton or Albuquerque, New Mexico he has realized that Responders are all built the same. We want to save lives. He has a Masters Degree in Criminology and has created 9 courses approved by State Standards and Training. Chief Cloy has 29 years of experience as a patrolman, Narcotics and Homicide Detective, Police Union President, SWAT Op, Assistant Chief and Chief. He has worked as a fulltime FBI task force agent for 10 years and achieved an FBI Undercover Certification. This led him to work undercover assignments all over the Western and Southwestern U.S. As it relates to this course, Chief Cloy has led officers for years whether as a patrolman or ranked officer. He has discovered that an individuals generational difference can have great influence on their personal and professional behavior. Through extensive research trial and error Chief Cloy has been able to develop this course that will assist you in creating a stronger bond with your employees and understanding their generational needs in order to remain and flourish in your department.
