
Juan is a retired Police Chief with 30 years in law enforcement, including serving as Assistant Chief, Detective in Major Investigations, and as Police Union President. He spent 10 years as an FBI task force agent and was a certified undercover agent working in counterterrorism, gangs, fraud, and narcotics. Mr. Cloy has trained law enforcement agencies nationwide and hosted joint community and police town-halls across the country designed to bridge the gap between police and community. He has also partnered with Mississippi's prison system to support incarcerated youth through life-skill training. He is certified in Law Enforcement Instruction in Texas and Mississippi. He is also a Firearms, and ALERRT SORD instructor and has designed a Tactical Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) Instructor course. Mr. Cloy holds a Master's degree in Criminology and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Corrections.
Julie has 25 years of experience in law enforcement. She has served as the former Deputy Director for the Police Training Institute for Council for a Strong America. Additionally, she is the former Police Chief at Purdue University Fort Wayne, the former Director of Criminal Justice at Grand Valley State University, and a former Public Safety Officer at the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety. Julie is a certified law enforcement instructor and a former SWAT Team hostage negotiator. During her tenure with the United States Air Force, she served as a Polish language interpreter.


Alfred is a retired Jackson Police Academy Commander with 30 years of law enforcement service. His leadership and experience directed professional development training that supported the certification of new officers. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, including Sergeant in the Robbery Homicide Division and Lieutenant at multiple precincts. He is a state-certified law enforcement instructor and certified firearms instructor, specializing in advanced firearms training with a focus on effective techniques for both traditional and modern weapon systems. He is also a Certified Red Dot instructor, offering comprehensive instruction on the optimal use and benefits of red dot optics in various shooting scenarios. He has 16 years of United States Military experience and is a Certified Military Instructor.
Ingrid holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Mass Communication, as well as a Master of Social Work and a Master's degree in Criminal Justice and Correctional Services. She has expertise in public relations, marketing, program development, professional development, strategic planning, youth engagement, mental health, juvenile justice, and social-emotional learning. Ingrid is also a Youth, Adult, and Public Safety Mental Health First Aid Instructor. She has held leadership positions, including former Deputy Director of the Mississippi Department of Human Services, former Director of the Mississippi Center for Excellence, former Deputy Director of Mississippi Families for Kids, and former Director of Marketing for WLBT-TV. Additionally, she has co developed courses that have been approved by the Mississippi Board of Law Enforcement Officers Standards and Training.
